Bri Brandon, MA
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Bri is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is passionate about helping people feel truly seen, heard, and supported, creating a warm, welcoming space where clients can show up just as they are and begin their healing journey.
Bri feels deeply called to walk alongside individuals through life's difficult seasons, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, grief, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, relationship challenges, and feelings of guilt and shame. She has a special heart for those who have experienced church hurt or religious trauma, helping clients process these experiences, rebuild trust, and redefine their relationship with faith in a way that feels safe and authentic.
She is especially passionate about helping individuals build healthy boundaries, navigate everyday stressors, and reconnect with a sense of identity, purpose, and wholeness. Bri also enjoys working with neurodiverse teens and adults, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), approaching each person with patience, curiosity, and deep respect for their unique experiences.
Bri's counseling style is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in compassion. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic techniques, and mindfulness, thoughtfully tailoring treatment to each individual's needs. For clients who desire it, Bri is also happy to incorporate faith-based perspectives into counseling in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and never forced.
Drawing from experience in private practice, academic, and crisis settings, Bri values building genuine, trusting relationships with her clients. She believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves, and she is committed to walking alongside each client with empathy, authenticity, and hope.
Her goal is to provide a space where you can make sense of your story, discover your strengths, and move toward lasting healing and wholeness.
