Roneisha Lee, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Roneisha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting children and their families through life’s challenges. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves, building confidence, and developing healthy emotional skills.

Roneisha earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida A&M University. She has experience working in child-focused clinical settings, including GRACEPOINT Child CSU, Chrysalis, and PlayBig, where she supported children navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief, emotional regulation challenges, identity development, and major school or life transitions.

She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and play-based techniques to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and strengthen social and emotional development. Roneisha is also currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist.

Family collaboration is central to Roneisha’s work. She partners closely with caregivers to understand each child’s unique needs, provide guidance and education, and create individualized treatment plans that support progress both in and out of sessions.

Roneisha strives to make therapy a warm, engaging, and hopeful experience. Her goal is to help children grow in confidence, emotional resilience, and connection while supporting families in building stronger communication and lasting change.
