THERAPIST
Lauren Deutsch, MA
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Lauren is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel truly heard and supported. She works with children, teens, and adults, and brings warmth, compassion, and even a little fun into the therapy process.
She takes a collaborative, personalized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Child-Centered Play Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Lauren has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, eating disorders, and life transitions. Her goal is always to help people feel more connected to themselves and the things that matter most.
Lauren earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. Outside of the therapy room, she loves animals, cozying up with a good book, and finding joy in everyday moments.
