Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. In graduate school, she worked with college students facing challenges related to life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and academic stress. Erica enjoys working with teens and young adults interested in exploring their identity and values.

As a values-based counselor, Erica’s commitment to holistic wellness allows her to connect authentically with clients. She is passionate about social justice, accessible care, neurodivergent mental health, and providing high-quality support to marginalized populations. Her approach primarily incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques. These methods encourage clients to connect with themselves more deeply, develop emotional regulation skills, and achieve holistic wellness. Erica has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples; she tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs, values, and goals.
